20 Years of Free Space

Just in time for the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, a Call for Entries was launched to find 20 interdisciplinary teams to submit their projects about free space and the creative playground that is Berlin.

The exhibition was shown at Dray Walk Gallery during the Tent London Design Festival in September 2008. The exhibition design corresponds with the architecture of the space to create a temporary dialogue between Berlin and London. The round pedestals were fitted with fluorescent tubes, which were also used for the overall lighting of the space inside the existing round ceiling openings.
